Thank you for choosing Hunter Beach Campground & Family Park. Here is our policy, written as plainly and kindly as we can.
When you reserve a site or rental with us, we take those dates off the calendar and hold them just for your family. Because of that, deposits and payments are non-refundable — including for cancellations, no-shows, early departures, or weather.
We're a small, family-run campground with a limited number of sites. Every date you book is a date another family asked for and could not have. When a cancellation comes late in the season, those nights almost always stay empty — the family who wanted them has already made other plans.
Life happens, and we want to help. Instead of a refund, we're happy to move your booking to new dates at no charge whenever we have availability — this season or the next. Just reach out as early as you can so we have the best chance of finding a spot that works for you.
Call us at (506) 800-1575 or email support@hunterbeachcampground.ca with your name, current dates and the dates you'd like instead. We'll do everything we reasonably can to make something work for you.
Seasonal site fees, the RV deck add-on and winter storage fees are also non-refundable, including for weather events, storms, flooding, fallen trees, service interruptions or unused time. Units, decks and belongings are kept on the property entirely at the owner's risk, and we are not responsible for damage caused by weather or other acts of nature — please carry your own insurance. Monthly winter storage payments are charged on the 1st of each month and stop automatically at the end of the storage term.
